Privacy

Your business information deserves restraint.

LucidDataMind collects only the information needed to respond to an inquiry, understand a proposed engagement, operate the site safely, and deliver work you ask for.

Interactive intake

The intake sends the conversation to the discovery service so it can generate the next response. The browser keeps the working transcript for the session; LucidDataMind does not store the message text between turns. Operational usage records may include a session identifier, a hashed network identifier, model usage, response timing, and automated guard results.

Nothing is submitted as a lead until you choose to review a brief, provide an email address, and send it. The sent brief contains the structured business information you reviewed, not the full chat transcript.

Contact and project information

If you use the contact form or send a brief, LucidDataMind may receive your name, email, company, role, project description, systems involved, timing, and the outcome you are trying to achieve. That information is used to respond to you and, if we work together, to scope and deliver the engagement.

Do not send sensitive records through the website

Do not paste passwords, credentials, connection strings, payment information, customer records, health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data into the public intake or contact form. Describe the systems and the problem first. Data access and handling should be agreed separately for an engagement.

Service providers

The site relies on infrastructure, email, database, and AI service providers to operate. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to run the site, process an inquiry, or provide the requested service. LucidDataMind does not sell visitor or client information to advertisers.

Retention and requests

Inquiry and engagement records are retained only as long as they are reasonably useful for responding, operating the business, meeting contractual obligations, or satisfying legal and accounting requirements. To ask about information associated with your inquiry, email dmt@luciddatamind.com.
